I am a Computational Scientist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, working on data-driven methodologies to reveal the essential physics of complex physical and biological sciences. Currently, my research focuses on using data-driven tools, including network theory and machine learning, to characterize and model turbulent flows in the atmosphere and ocean, segmentation and material decomposition problems in biomedical imaging applications, and identifying key microbe-host interactions in fungal communities for biofertilizer development and drug discovery.
