About me.

Hi my name is Alec Munteanu (Muntjack) and i am a electronic music artist / performer. I've been doing production for around 8 years now and have always been passionate about music. My love for music came to me when i was 5, playing the piano up until grade 5 and swapped out for guitar lessons. After writing music with instrumentation, i had a massive liking for EDM at around 12 years old, so i cracked on making genres from all over the world.

Now i am focused on writing House music and Jungle/DNB. Every electronic instrumentation you hear in my music is either a patch made by me or a genuine sample from an old record that i own. I have started to perform as well, diverting from the path of DJ'ing and using synthesis, sequences, and drum pads instead.

In the future i hope to perform my own tracks no matter the location. As long as i have one person bopping their head up and down that is fine by me. I also look to release free patches on serum for anyone to use, mostly in the genre of jungle as i don't seem to find anyone else online really selling them to other producers.

I hope to change the way EDM is performed. In my persepctive we have a lot of DJs. Although not being a bad thing, it is slowly degrading the performance aspect in any EDM genre as not a lot of creativity is being used on the decks. I hope to reverse this evolution of performance and make in house live electronic music the new norm.
