You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the game.
By playing, you agree follow these rules:
No toxicity
No cheating
Do not impersonate staff or any high ranking member.
Do not have an inappropriate username.
No hate speech
No sexism.
No sexual harassment
No bullying
Listen to what all staff says and be respectful to them and their choices.
No glitching in public lobbies
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate accounts at our discretion without prior notice.
We may modify, update, or remove parts of the game at any time with or without notice. Some updates may be required to continue playing.
Munchy Marshmallows, its logos, and other assets are owned by Munchy Dev unless otherwise stated.
“Gorilla Tag” and related trademarks belong to Another Axiom LLC and are not affiliated with this game.
You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use our game assets without permission.
We may restrict or end your access to the game for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.
This game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gorilla Tag or Another Axiom LLC.
Munchy Marshmallows is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm caused by using the game.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Munchy Dev will not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss, account loss, or service interruptions.
Any medical issues caused by parts containing horror
Any fear or fright caused by parts containing horror
Entering these sections mentioned in the last two clauses in the Game are completely optional and are not required to do.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the revised Terms. There will be notice sent out in game when they are made.
