In-Game Purchases: Records of any in-game items you purchase.
Gameplay Preferences: Data about how you play the game, including your game settings, playtime, and in-game actions.
Motion and Voice Data: To enhance gameplay, we collect data from your device's motion sensors (tracking hand and head movements) and your microphone.
Discord Channels: If you use our official Discord channels, we may collect your Discord username and User ID, email address and age (if provided in any of our forms/forums), and any information you publicly share on the channels.

Why we store in-game usernames: We store your in-game username for player reports (both directed on you and your reports on others), personal bans, and personal kicks.
Why we store your Online IDs: We store your in-game IDs for player reports (both directed on you and your reports on others), personal bans, personal kicks, to give devs the ability to view your bought cosmetics, how much currency you have, and to add and revoke cosmetics from your account.

Why we store your location data: Your IP address IS stored, but is only visible to developers and will not be made public. The only thing developers can do with this information is add an IP ban to your location so no devices can join off of the same device and location while banned.
Why we store your hardware information: With the ability for this game to be on both Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and the Quest Pro, makes some differences in the orientation of the controller. So we use your hardware information to optimize your gameplay experience.
Why we record your voice: Munchy Marshmallows is an online multi-player game where anyone can join a lobby with anyone else. To make communication in-game easier there is a proximity voice chat system which allows players to talk to each other instantly.
Why we record your motion: To run Munchy Marshmallows you need your hands to move. We track your motion through your devices infrared motion sensors to detect where your controller is.
Why we store Discord info: We store your Discord info upon joining the Discord server to both verify you are of age to have Discord according to Discord TOS and that all rules under the Discord TOS are being followed.
We do not sell or share any of your personal information to third parties. If you share your Player ID and/or IP with any user besides staff, it is your own mistake, we are not responsible for that. However, we may share your information with:
Service Providers: Trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Game (e.g., hosting providers, analytics providers).
Legal Authorities: If required by law or legal process.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
