If you want durable, individual earbuds in vibrant colors for a large group of younger students or a classroom library where hygiene and color variety matter, choose MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk; if you need sturdy, over-ear headphones with adjustable headbands for older teens and adults who require long-wearing comfort during extended listening sessions like jogging or study, choose Yunsailing 20.
• MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk: Offers 50 individually bagged, colorful in-ear buds perfect for high-volume distribution to children, though they lack microphones and are not designed for active movement.
• Yunsailing 20: Provides 20 robust, black over-ear headphones with adjustable headbands suitable for older users, but offers fewer units per pack and a single monochrome design.
• Best For: MUMSTHT is the clear winner for schools needing bulk quantities for kids, while Yunsailing fits classrooms or home offices focused on older students or adults needing all-day wear.
The MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk is engineered specifically for environments where volume and variety are critical. With a package containing 50 units, this set is built for schools, libraries, testing centers, and shared spaces that serve hundreds of children daily. The decision to include 10 distinct, bright colors isn't just aesthetic; it allows educators and parents to easily distinguish between users, reducing the chaos of mixed-up gear. Each pair arrives individually bagged, which speaks directly to hygiene concerns in communal settings. You aren't just buying a bundle of wires; you are getting a system designed to keep track of fifty separate assets without them tangling into a single mess.
Design-wise, these earbuds prioritize safety and softness for smaller ears. The earpieces utilize soft silica gel pads rather than hard plastic, ensuring they don't irritate sensitive skin during typical classroom use. The cable construction uses TPE material, known for being flexible and resistant to corrosion, which helps withstand the rough handling often seen with young children. However, there are significant trade-offs to consider before purchasing. These are wired in-ear devices with no microphone, meaning they are strictly for audio output. They also lack any secure fit mechanism like ear hooks, making them unsuitable for running or vigorous activity. If you are looking for something to wear while jogging, these will likely fall out with even moderate movement.

This product is ideal for elementary school teachers managing a computer lab, parents setting up a quiet reading corner, or anyone needing a high-count supply of disposable-style headphones that can be sanitized or replaced easily. It is less suitable for teenagers or adults who might find the in-ear style uncomfortable for hours, or for anyone requiring hands-free communication capabilities. The 3.5mm jack ensures universal compatibility with desktops, laptops, and tablets, but the lack of wireless technology means you are tethered to your device.
In contrast, the Yunsailing 20 Pack targets a demographic that values durability and ergonomic support over sheer quantity. This set includes only 20 units, but each one is a substantial over-ear headphone constructed from an ABS shell with PVC cabling. The design philosophy here shifts from "disposable" to "reusable." These are not meant to be thrown away after a semester; they are built to survive years of repeated use by older students or adults. The inclusion of cushioned ear pads and an adjustable headband addresses a common pain point with cheaper headphones: pressure points. You can wear these for hours without the fatigue that often comes with in-ear monitors, making them excellent for long study sessions or focused work.
The physical dimensions and build quality suggest a focus on stability and comfort for larger heads. The headband adjusts to fit various sizes, accommodating everyone from a teenager to an adult. The cable length is approximately 1.5 meters (nearly 5 feet), providing ample slack for movement around a desk or room. While the packaging is uniform black, lacking the color variety of the MUMSTHT option, this uniformity might actually be preferable in professional or older-student environments where distraction is minimized. However, the lower count of 20 units means a higher cost-per-unit scenario if you need to outfit a whole class, and the single black color offers no visual differentiation between users.
This product is the superior choice for high schoolers, college students, or adults working in an office or gym environment. Specifically, the over-ear design makes these viable candidates for activities like jogging when paired with a neckband or clip, provided the user secures them properly, as the ear cups provide better isolation and retention than simple in-ear tips. The absence of a microphone is consistent with the MUMSTHT model, so these remain passive listening devices. If you are looking for usb c charging neckband headphones for jogging, neither of these options fits that description as both are wired, but the Yunsailing design is much closer to what you would want for physical activity due to its secure fit.
• Best for High Volume & Hygiene → MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk: The 50-pack size and individual bagging make this the only logical choice for managing large groups of young children where sharing and cleanliness are paramount.
• Best for Comfort & Long Sessions → Yunsailing 20: The over-ear design with cushioned pads and adjustable headbands reduces ear fatigue, making it far superior for listening for extended periods.
• Best for Active Use (Jogging) → Yunsailing 20: While both are wired, the over-ear structure of the Yunsailing model provides better retention and isolation, making it more suitable for clip on earbuds for jogging scenarios than the loose-fitting in-ear MUMSTHT option.
• Best for Color Variety → MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk: Ten different colors allow for easy identification in a classroom, whereas Yunsailing offers only black.
• Best for Durability → Yunsailing 20: The ABS shell and reinforced PVC cable are designed for repeated reuse, whereas the MUMSTHT relies on softer materials that may degrade faster under heavy abuse.
• Best for Older Users → Yunsailing 20: Designed for ages 14 and above, the sizing and form factor are inappropriate for toddlers or very young children who might swallow small parts or find the fit uncomfortable.
• Best for Budget Quantity → MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk: Getting 50 units usually offers a better price-per-headphone ratio compared to a 20-pack, assuming you have the storage space for the extra inventory.
• Best for Desk Work → Yunsailing 20: The 1.5-meter cable and over-ear seal provide a better experience for stationary computer work, blocking out ambient noise more effectively than the open in-ear design.
After weighing the specifications and intended use cases, I would choose the Yunsailing 20 for my own needs, particularly because I am looking for headphones for jogging or long-term study. The over-ear design with the adjustable headband offers a level of comfort and security that the small, unsecured in-ear buds of the MUMSTHT simply cannot match. While the MUMSTHT is undeniably the king of quantity and color for a kindergarten classroom, the Yunsailing feels like a more permanent, reliable investment for an individual or a smaller group of older users. If you are buying for a large elementary school, go with MUMSTHT; if you need something that won't hurt your ears after an hour, pick Yunsailing.
The Yunsailing 20 over-ear design is better suited for light jogging or gym use than the MUMSTHT in-ear buds, which lack a secure fit mechanism. Neither is a wireless neckband, so you must manage the wire carefully during movement.
No, both the MUMSTHT Kids Earbuds Bulk and the Yunsailing 20 are passive listening devices without built-in microphones or media controls, making them ideal for pure audio consumption in classrooms or offices.
The MUMSTHT model features soft silica gel pads suitable for younger children, while the Yunsailing 20 has an adjustable headband designed specifically for teens and adults aged 14 and above.
Yes, both products feature standard 3.5mm jacks compatible with most phones, computers, laptops, and tablets, though some newer devices may require a USB-C or Lightning adapter.
