ALLERGY NOTICE:

While we strive for quality and care in every item we serve, our kitchen is not allergen-free. 

Menu items may contain or be exposed to wheat, milk, soy, eggs, possible tree nuts, peanuts and other common allergens.

Policies:

- To ensure availability and proper preparation, orders must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before your event.-

-  DEPOSITS: A 50% Non-Refundable down payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your date and process your order. The rest of your order payment will be due at least 1 week prior to your event date. You will receive a receipt within 3 business days each time a payment is processed. If you do not receive a receipt in that time frame, please email us. By sending a deposit you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions in our Disclaimer, Policies and recognize that you have read the Allergy  Notice.

- EDITS: We’re happy to accommodate order edits within 24 hours of invoice delivery. Any additional changes thereafter are not guaranteed.

- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event date will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the event.

- Customer Service: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to availability, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. For these rare occurrences, customers will receive a full refund.

- DATE CHANGES: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us by email at least one week before your original event date. Although we cannot guarantee availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
