Hochschild cohomology records important information about associative algebras in representation theory, algebraic geometry, commutative algebra, category theory and higher category theory.
The main goal of this international conference is to explore recent advances and open questions on Hochschild cohomology and the representation theory of finite groups, finite dimensional algebras, Hopf algebras and dg-algebras. This conference also offers a platform for young researchers to present their work.

The conference starts on Thursday at 9:30 and end on Friday at 16:30. The schedule will appear here closer to the date of the conference.
There is funding available to partially support young researchers giving a talk. We encourage everyone to submit an abstract for a contributed talk (25 minutes) or a gong show talk (10 minutes). To register, fill out the form and indicate if you need funding and/or want to give a talk. The deadline to apply for funding and/or giving a talk is January 31, 2026.
Padova is easy to reach via several nearby airports:
Venice Marco Polo (53 km from the venue) The largest international airport in Veneto. From the airport, take a direct bus to Padova’s bus station (about 1 hour), or a frequent bus to Venezia Mestre railway station and then a short regional train to Padova.
Treviso (55 km from the venue) A smaller airport, often served by low-cost carriers. Regular buses run directly to Padova (about 1 hour).
Verona (91 km from the venue) A shuttle outside the terminal connects to Verona Porta Nuova station, where frequent trains run to Padova.
Bologna (119 km from the venue) The monorail outside the terminal links to Bologna Centrale station, with regular trains onward to Padova.
Padova is well connected to major Italian cities by rail. Direct trains link Padova with Rome, Milan, Turin, Venice, Verona, Bologna, Florence, Naples, and more. There are also occasional direct international services from nearby European cities such as Munich, Innsbruck, and Zurich.
For long-distance travel within Italy, we recommend Trenitalia and Italo. For international train and bus options, check Trainline.
