多機能メモ Pro - メモ帳（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを大切にし、ユーザーデータを適切に取り扱います。
本アプリで作成または利用するメモ、フォルダ、暗記線、チェック項目、読み上げ位置、各種設定、添付写真、写真への書き込み、その他のアプリデータは、基本的にユーザーがお使いのAndroid端末内で処理・保存されます。
本アプリの開発者が運営する独自サーバーへ、これらのデータを自動的に送信することはありません。
本アプリは、アプリ自身がインターネット通信を行うためのAndroid INTERNET 権限を使用しません。
本アプリ独自のサーバーへの自動送信、クラウドへの自動同期、クラウドへの自動バックアップは行いません。
本アプリからブラウザ、PDF閲覧アプリ、Googleフォーム、その他の外部アプリやサービスを開いた場合、それ以降の通信やデータの取り扱いについては、各外部アプリまたはサービスの設定およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリは、Androidの通知機能を利用して、ユーザーが指定したメモを通知欄へ表示できます。
通知欄に表示するメモの内容を、本アプリの開発者が運営する外部サーバーへ自動送信することはありません。
写真添付機能では、ユーザー自身が選択した写真を本アプリ内で利用します。
添付写真、写真への書き込み、画像の回転状態などは、基本的に端末内で管理されます。
これらの写真や編集内容を、本アプリの開発者が運営するサーバーへ自動送信することはありません。
本アプリでは、ユーザー自身が選択した対応文書からテキストを取り込むことができます。
対応形式は、Word（DOCX）、TXT、Markdown、EPUBです。
選択された文書や抽出されたテキストを、本アプリの開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信またはアップロードすることはありません。
処理のために一時的なデータを利用する場合も、本アプリ内で必要となる処理の範囲に限定して取り扱います。
PDFはテキスト抽出の対象ではありません。ユーザーがPDFを選択した場合は、参照リンクを保存し、端末にインストールされた外部PDF閲覧アプリへ開く処理を行う場合があります。外部PDF閲覧アプリによる通信やデータ処理については、そのアプリのプライバシーポリシー等が適用されます。
読み上げには、Android端末に設定されている音声読み上げ機能（TTS）を利用します。
音声の種類や対応言語、読み上げ処理の詳細は、利用しているTTSエンジンおよびAndroidの設定によって異なります。
本アプリでは、原則として端末に導入されているオフライン音声を使用します。
多言語の自動判別には、Google LLCが提供するGoogle ML Kitの端末内言語識別機能を利用します。
言語の判別処理は端末内で行われます。ただし、Google ML Kitは、診断や利用状況の分析のために、端末情報、アプリ情報、動作状況、識別された言語などの情報を収集することがあります。
音声データの追加が必要な場合、利用者の同意に基づき、Google LLCや端末メーカーなどが提供するAndroidの音声読み上げエンジン（TTS）を通じて、必要な音声データが端末にダウンロードされることがあります。
音声データの追加方法や提供元は、端末で使用されているTTSエンジンによって異なります。多機能メモ独自のサーバーから音声データを配信することはありません。
また、本アプリ独自のサーバーへ、読み上げ対象のメモ本文を送信することはありません。
アプリロックには、Android端末の生体認証または端末認証機能を利用します。
指紋、顔などの生体情報そのものを、本アプリが取得または保存することはありません。
認証処理はAndroidのシステム機能によって行われ、本アプリは認証が成功したかどうかの結果のみを利用します。
本アプリでは、ユーザー自身の操作により、暗号化された .mmbak バックアップファイルを手動で作成できます。
バックアップ対象には、メモ本文、本文内のチェック項目、フォルダおよびメモのフォルダ所属情報、暗記線などが含まれます。
添付写真、写真への書き込みや回転状態、アプリ設定、読み上げ設定、保存された読み上げ位置、発音修正辞書、アプリロック、通知などの端末・実行時状態はバックアップ対象に含まれません。
バックアップはパスワードによって保護されます。バックアップ用パスワードを本アプリが自動保存することはありません。
本アプリがバックアップファイルを独自サーバーやクラウドへ自動的にアップロードすることはありません。
バックアップファイルの保存先、その後の共有、コピー、クラウドへの保存などは、ユーザーが選択した保存先や外部アプリ・サービスの取り扱いに従います。
本アプリの設定にある 「不具合の報告」 を選択すると、本アプリを離れ、Googleフォームを外部ブラウザ等で開きます。
Googleフォームへの入力および送信は、Googleフォームおよび外部ブラウザ上で行われます。
本アプリが、メモ本文、添付写真、バックアップ内容、端末情報、内部ログなどをGoogleフォームへ自動的に添付または送信することはありません。
Googleフォーム上でユーザー自身が入力・送信した情報については、フォーム上の案内およびGoogleのサービスに適用されるプライバシーポリシー等に従って取り扱われます。
本アプリは、ユーザーのメモや関連データを基本的に端末内で処理し、本アプリ独自のサーバーへ自動送信しない設計としています。
アプリロックではAndroidの認証機能を利用し、生体情報そのものを本アプリで保持しません。
手動バックアップについては、暗号化された .mmbak ファイルとして作成し、ユーザーが設定したパスワードによって保護します。
ユーザーが外部アプリや外部サービスを利用した場合、そのサービス上でのデータ保護については各提供元の方針が適用されます。
本アプリの開発者は、本アプリ独自のサーバー上にメモ本文、添付写真、バックアップ内容などを自動収集・保存しないため、それらのデータを開発者側サーバーで継続的に保持することはありません。
端末内のメモ等は、本アプリ内の削除機能を使用して削除できます。
Androidのアプリデータを削除した場合や本アプリをアンインストールした場合、Androidによって本アプリの端末内データが削除される場合があります。
ユーザー自身が別途保存した .mmbak バックアップファイルや、外部アプリ・外部ストレージへコピーしたデータについては、本アプリを削除しても自動的には削除されません。不要になった場合は、ユーザー自身で保存先から削除してください。
Googleフォームを通じてユーザー自身が送信した情報については、フォーム上の案内およびGoogleのサービスに適用される方針に従って取り扱われます。

MultiMemo Pro - Notes (the “App”) respects your privacy and is designed to handle user data appropriately.
1. Notes, Photos, and Other App Data
Notes, folders, red-line markings, checklist items, saved read-aloud positions, app settings, attached photos, photo annotations, and other data created or used in the App are generally processed and stored on your Android device.
The App does not automatically send this data to servers operated by the developer.
2. Internet Access
The App does not use the Android INTERNET permission for its own network communication.
The App does not automatically send your data to developer-operated servers, automatically synchronize your data with the cloud, or automatically create cloud backups.
If the App opens a web browser, PDF viewer, Google Form, or another external app or service, any network communication or data handling performed by that external app or service is governed by its own settings and privacy policy.
3. Notification Memos
The App can use Android’s notification system to display notes selected by the user in the notification panel.
The contents of notification memos are not automatically sent to external servers operated by the developer.
4. Photos
The photo attachment feature allows the user to select photos for use within the App.
Attached photos, pen annotations, image rotation states, and related photo data are generally managed on the device.
The App does not automatically send these photos or edits to servers operated by the developer.
5. Text Extraction from Documents
The App allows users to extract text from supported documents selected by the user.
Supported formats are Word (DOCX), TXT, Markdown, and EPUB.
Selected documents and extracted text are not sent or uploaded to servers operated by the developer.
If temporary data is required for processing, it is used only within the scope necessary for the App’s processing.
PDF files are not supported for text extraction. If a user selects a PDF file, the App may save a reference link and open the file using an external PDF viewer installed on the device.
Any network communication or data processing performed by the external PDF viewer is governed by that app’s own settings and privacy policy.
6. Read-Aloud / Text-to-Speech
The Read-Aloud feature uses the text-to-speech (TTS) engine configured on your Android device.
Available voices, supported languages, and the details of speech synthesis depend on the TTS engine being used and your Android settings.
As a general rule, this app uses offline voices installed on your device.
For automatic language identification, this app uses the on-device language identification feature of Google ML Kit, provided by Google LLC.
Language identification is performed on your device. However, Google ML Kit may collect information such as device information, app information, operational status, and identified languages for diagnostic and usage analysis purposes.
If additional voice data is required, with your consent, the necessary voice data may be downloaded to your device through an Android text-to-speech (TTS) engine provided by Google LLC, your device manufacturer, or another TTS engine provider.
The method of adding voice data and the provider of that data depend on the TTS engine used on your device. MultiMemo Pro does not distribute voice data from its own servers.
Additionally, this app does not send the contents of notes being read aloud to any servers operated by MultiMemo Pro.
7. App Lock
App Lock uses Android biometric authentication or device authentication.
The App does not obtain or store biometric data itself, such as fingerprint data or facial data.
Authentication is performed by Android system components, and the App uses only the authentication result.
8. Backup
The App allows users to manually create encrypted .mmbak backup files.
Backup data may include note text, checklist items contained in notes, folders and note-folder relationships, red-line markings, and other supported data.
Attached photos, photo annotations and rotation states, app settings, read-aloud settings, saved read-aloud positions, pronunciation correction data, App Lock settings, notifications, and other device-specific or runtime state are not included in the backup.
Backup files are protected by a password selected by the user.
The App does not automatically store the backup password.
The App does not automatically upload backup files to developer-operated servers or cloud storage.
The storage location, later sharing, copying, or cloud storage of a backup file is governed by the storage location, external app, or external service selected by the user.
9. Report a Bug
Selecting “Report a bug” in Settings leaves the App and opens a Google Form in an external browser or other supported external app.
The form is completed and submitted through Google Forms and the external browser or app.
The App does not automatically attach or send note contents, attached photos, backup data, device information, internal logs, or other App data to the Google Form.
Information that the user chooses to enter and submit through the Google Form is handled according to the information displayed on the form and the privacy policies applicable to Google’s services.
10. Data Security
The App is designed so that notes and related user data are generally processed on the device and are not automatically transmitted to servers operated by the developer.
App Lock relies on Android authentication features, and the App does not store biometric data itself.
Manual backups are created as encrypted .mmbak files and are protected by a password selected by the user.
When the user chooses to use an external app or external service, data protection for that service is governed by the policies of the relevant provider.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Because the developer does not automatically collect and store note contents, attached photos, backup contents, or similar App data on developer-operated servers, this data is not continuously retained on such servers.
Notes and other data stored in the App can be deleted using the App’s available deletion features.
If the user clears the App’s data through Android settings or uninstalls the App, Android may remove data stored locally by the App.
.mmbak backup files separately saved by the user, and data copied to external apps or external storage, are not automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled.
Users should delete such files themselves from their chosen storage location when they are no longer needed.
Information voluntarily submitted by the user through Google Forms is handled according to the information shown on the form and the policies applicable to Google’s services.
