So I'm in the market for a digital oscilloscope and I would like some opinions on these ones. I am in my second year of college doing electrical engineering and I have yet to do much with an oscilloscope until maybe now, so an entry-level one would be nice. A cheap one would be fantastic, my max budget is $250, so pre-owned is fine with me. I'd love a new Rigol or Siglent but they're far too expensive for my budget, however if you guys can find one under $250 that'd be awesome. A 100 MHz scope would be perfect, although I don't know the exact specs I am required to have. These are the ones I'm looking at (on eBay):
