In May 2025, the lab moved from UMass Amherst, USA to the IMUL in Switzerland! Follow along for our new Swiss adventures!
GRC Viruses and Cells 2025 was a success!
April 2025: Yadi Bermudez and Jacob Miles succesfully defended their PhDs! Congratulations!
March 2025: A fun visit to the lab from the Fabulous 413 hosts Monte Belmonte and Kaliis Smith to discuss the 5 year anniversary of the pandemic and have a quick look into why Herpesviruses are so interesting! You can listen to the episode on the NEPM (New England Public Media) website here.
January 2025: Yadi receives not one but two graduate awards: the Curt Thorne carry-on award recognizing her research accomplishments and the David Pollack award for her outstanding contribution to the teaching and service mission of the department! June 2024: The EBV/KSHV joint meeting was a success! It was great to reconnect with old friends and make new ones and we are coming back with lots of new science ideas!
May 2024: Saying goodbye to Tarah and Shai who brilliantly graduated this Spring! You will be missed!

06/01/21 – We’re saying goodbye to 3 Muller lab undergrad researchers!
It’s a bittersweet end of the semester for us: we are sad to see 3 of our amazing undergrads leave the lab but we are so excited for their bright futures and proud of their successes!
07/28/20 – NIH award
