Dr. Muhammad Taha Jilani received Ph.D. degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, in 2015. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Bahria University, Karachi. His research interest includes Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber Security, Pervasive Systems, Mobile Crowdsourcing, Artificial Intelligence, & Sensors, particularly for industrial and medical applications. Before this, he was at the College of Computing and Information Sciences at Pakistan Air Force-Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (PAF-KIET), Karachi, Pakistan. Where he was leading the Pervasive Systems Research Group (PSRG) at Graduate School of Science and Engineering, KIET. The group has completed multiple research projects including a project that Higher Education Commission, Pakistan funded. He has authored or co-authored over 50 research articles in indexed journals, international conferences & patent applications, and also received awards in international exhibitions.
