We employ advanced MRI techniques, including high-resolution imaging, fMRI, and contrast tracking, to investigate the brain's waste clearance mechanisms. We aim to elucidate the role of the Glymphatic System in neurological health and its connection to diseases such as dementia and brain tumors, validating our findings across various research models.

Our research is focused on development of next-generation drug delivery systems for brain diseases and metabolic disorders. We specifically engineer targeted co-delivery platforms designed to improve therapeutic outcomes and overcome challenges associated with brain delivery. To facilitate translational applications, we integrate MRI for non-invasive, real-time monitoring of treatment response and nanoparticle biodistribution.
