"Alright, good evening Nu-7.

It's been a rather... interesting play of events the past few weeks. We've come to this new but still current site? It's all confused. Though, I regret to make you even more confused. Recently, I was approached by Xi-8 Operative 'Arrogance' requesting Nu-7 to begin doing what they do best. Get results and get information. As some of you know, Thamaturgists are a thing. What is that? Fuck if I know, they are wizards in all honesty. It seems that a group of them are in close order to our Foundation, a group called "Serpent's Hand". According to Operative 'Arrogance', they work closely with the Chaos Insurgency and are a massive threat. They possess extreme power and we as a Foundation currently have nothing to stop them. Well, except one thing buts that's for me to know and you to find out. To continue, we are tasked with simply learning. At the moment, what the Serpent's Hand wants is unknown to us. That will be one of the primary goals, find out what they want. With information received from 'Arrogance' it appears a Operative within the Chaos Insurgency, 'Sardine', has been in communication with the Serpent's Hand. 

Every step we will take. We will hack for any files relating to the Serpent's Hand sent through Chaos Insurgent servers. We will capture all Insurgents who have information on the Serpent's Hand and interrogate them for that information. We will attempt to track down any Serpent's Hand we can and ask them questions. We will cover up our tracks by amnesticizing any and all people we question of the Serpent's Hand.

Precuations we will take. We will not be aggressive to the Serpent's Hand. We will retreat if the Serpent's Hand become angry with us. We will not put any Foundation personnel or Civilian life at risk.

Greetings Nu-7 I wish I could say that this update brings certified good new, however I'll leave that up to you all to decide. What it does bring though is information which could prove valuable in the long run. As many of you know a week or two ago the Chaos Insurgency were able to create and open a portal for the Serpent's Hand. Do this day we do not know how it exactly works nor do we know how to destroy or disable it. Luckily for us it seems to have remained in a deactivated state. What we do know now thanks to the work of our N7 is that a single person exited the portal when it was opened. CI Blackwatch 'Hel'. In terms of a new updated orders, if 'Hel' is captured interrogate them about the portal and what was on the other side as it seems out of most CI, 'Hel' is the most connected to the Serpent's Hand.
