"The Chaos Insurgency have many secrets that have yet to be discovered, secrets of vital importance to the Foundation. This starts with its personnel. 

Per authorization of Site Command and the oversight of NU-7 Leadership, I hereby direct NU-7 to launch coordinated raids against the Chaos Insurgency with the primary target of gathering Insurgent personnel files. The order of intelligence priority is as follows: 

#1: Personnel Roster 

#2: RND Research Files 

#3: Charlie Clearance Personnel 

#4: Bravo Clearance Personnel 

#5: Alpha Command Clearance Personnel

Work in due diligence and fight alongside each other, not against each other. The faster we accomplish this goal, the closer we are to the end of this forsaken conflict and winning this war.
