Halloween Photo Editor Frames (iOS)
Last Updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Halloween Photo Editor Frames (“the App”), developed by MTech Solutionz, handles information when you use the App on iPhone or iPad.
The App allows you to select photos from your device and edit them using Halloween-themed frames, templates, stickers, text, and other editing features.
Photos and edited images are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload or store your photos or edited images on our servers.
We do not use your photos for advertising, profiling, facial recognition, or any unrelated purpose.
The App does not require you to create an account.
You may save your edited images to your Photos library or share them using Apple’s sharing features.
The App includes a Face Placer feature that allows users to place their faces within Halloween-themed costume templates for entertainment and creative photo editing.
Face Data Collection and Use
The App processes photographs selected by users that may contain their faces. These photographs are used solely to position the face within a Halloween costume template and create the edited image requested by the user.
All Face Placer functionality is performed locally on the user’s device. The App does not upload photographs or face-related data to our servers.
The App does not use photographs for facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, or identifying individuals.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share photographs, face images, or face-related editing data with third parties. The App’s advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services may process their own device, advertising, diagnostic, and usage data as described in the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy. These services are not provided with photographs or edited images by the App.
Storage and Retention
Photographs and face-related editing data are processed and stored locally on the user’s device as needed for the editing experience. We do not maintain server-side copies of these photographs or face-related editing data.
Locally stored App data may be removed when the App is deleted. Images that users explicitly save to their Photos library are managed separately through Apple’s Photos app and remain there until the user deletes them.
Deletion
Users can discard an edit without saving it. Saved images can be deleted through the device’s Photos app or the applicable local storage location. The App does not provide a remote account or server-based system for storing or deleting face images because these images are not uploaded to our servers.
The App may request access to your Photos library so that you can select photos for editing and save your creations.
If the App includes a camera feature, it may also request access to your Camera so that you can take a photo for editing.
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device’s Settings.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and, where enabled, Firebase Crashlytics to understand App usage and identify technical problems.
These services may collect information such as App version, device type, iOS version, approximate location, App interactions, crash information, and device or installation identifiers.
This information does not include your photos or edited images.
For more information, please review Google’s privacy practices:

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may collect information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, and advertising interaction data to provide and measure advertisements.
We do not provide your photos or edited images to advertisers.
You may receive a request for permission to allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system. If you do not allow tracking, the App can continue to display advertisements, although advertising may be less personalized. Google’s documentation confirms that when ATT is denied, its Mobile Ads SDK does not send the IDFA in the ad request.
Where required by applicable law, the App may display a consent message for advertising and analytics through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Your choices may affect how advertising and analytics data is processed. Where applicable, you can manage your privacy choices through the options provided by the App or your device settings.
We do not store your photos or edited images on our servers.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob is handled according to their respective privacy policies and retention practices.
Deleting the App may remove locally stored App data from your device. Photos saved to your Photos library are managed separately through Apple’s Photos app.
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. However, an App Store age rating does not by itself mean that the App is designated as a children’s app or part of Apple’s Made for Kids category.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal contact information.
If you believe that personal information has been provided to us inappropriately, please contact us using the email address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
