*All participant is required to have physical and riding skills for race.
*All participant except for Open/Kids Riders must have a valid license issued by National Federation or Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
*All participates are required to have insurance coverage valid for this Competition Race in Japan, excluding riders residing in Japan who are a member of Coupe du Japon MTB team.

*All Japanese riders except for Open/Kids Riders must register for Mountain Bike Team Registration for class certification and insurance.
*All Race will be held under UCI regulations, JCF regulations and Event specific regulations.

***Insurance and First Aid, for overseas riders and teams  
All participant/team/their national federations is responsible for their own medical care. All participants and their respective national federations in all countries must ensure that license holders have adequate insurance coverage for accidents and civil liability arising from competition and training.  By completing your registration for this event, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms. We organizer will provide first aid only.

・年齢は2026年12月31日時点を適用します。
・レースに耐えうる体力、走行スキルを所持している人が参加できます。
・オープン／キッズ参加者以外は、各国ライセンスまたはUCIライセンスを登録してください。
・MTBチーム登録者、XCCオープン、小学生、未就学に出場する日本在住者以外は、本大会で適用できる保険に加入する義務があります。
・UCI／Coupe du Japonレースに出場する日本に在住する選手は、「JCF登録」と「MTBチーム登録」が必須です（本大会での障害保険が適用されます）。
・UCIルール、JCF競技規則、大会特別規則に準じて開催します。

1) First aid will be provided for illnesses and injuries that occur during the event; however, participants are responsible for any subsequent medical expenses.
2) Please be sure to bring your health insurance card.
3) Please note that the schedule, important notices, and other information will be posted on the venue’s notice board and the event’s social media accounts as needed.
4) The organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues such as theft or loss at the venue.
5) The organizer assumes no responsibility for late arrivals due to public transportation delays or road conditions on the day of the event.
6) Registered personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Personal information will be used to verify eligibility and for matters related to the event. Additionally, names, dates of birth, affiliations, competition results, photographs, and other information may be published in official event documents, on the website, or on social media, and may be provided to media outlets for publication.
7) All image rights related to the event belong to the Japan Cycling Federation (a public interest incorporated foundation), the MTB League (a general incorporated association), and the event organizer.
8) This event is held under natural conditions and will generally proceed even in the event of rain or snow. However, it may be canceled if the Technical Delegate, Commissaires Panel, event organizer, or venue operator determines that safety cannot be ensured due to severe weather such as typhoons or natural disasters. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will not be refunded.
9) Please follow the instructions of the organizers and staff regarding entry to and exit from the event venue.
10) Unless permitted by the organizers, the following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:
11) Dangerous items such as explosives or stun guns, as well as any displays or materials that show or suggest political or religious ideologies, or contain discriminatory or insulting content
12) The following behaviors are prohibited during the event: Harming, assaulting, verbally abusing, threatening, stalking, or otherwise harassing competitors, team members, officials, spectators, or other event personnel; taking photographs or videos at the venue in a manner that interferes with event operations (e.g., using flash) or is deemed contrary to public order and morals; and any other disruptive behavior or actions that violate the organizer’s instructions.

1) 大会中の疾病および負傷については応急処置を行いますが、その後の治療費等は本人の責任とします。 2) 健康保険証を必ず持参してください。
3)スケジュール、注意事項等は随時、会場のノーティスボードと大会SNSにて発表するので、ご注意してください
4)主催者は、会場での盗難紛失等のトラブルについては一切責任を負いません。
5)大会当日の公共交通機関、道路事情等による遅刻については、主催者は一切責任を負いません。
6)登録された個人情報は、保護法令を遵守して取り扱います。個人情報は出場資格確認、大会にかかわる連で使用します。また、氏名、生年月日、所属、競技成績、写真などは、大会公式文書やweb、SNS等への掲載および、媒体各社に情報を提供し、メディアに記載される場合があります。
7)大会における肖像権は公益財団法人日本自転車競技連盟、一般社団法人MTBリーグ、大会主催者に帰属します。
8)本大会は自然な条件で開催される競技で、雨天や降雪などの場合でも基本的に大会は開催します。ただし、台風のような荒天、天災など安全確保が難しいとテクニカルデレゲート、コミッセールパネル、大会主催者、施設運営者が判断する場合に中止とすることがあります。中止になった場合、参加費の返金は行いません。
9)大会実施会場への入退場については主催者、運営スタッフの指示に従ってください。
10)主催者が許可した場合を除き会場内に次のものを含む持ち込みを禁止します。
11)爆発物、スタンガンなどの危険物や政治的、宗教的主義主張、差別的・侮辱的な内容が表示、または連想させる掲示物等
12)大会に関して次の行為を禁止します。 競技者、チーム関係者、オフィシャル、観客その他関係者への加害、暴行、暴言、威嚇、付きまとい、その他迷惑行為。会場での写真、動画撮影におけるフラッシュなどによる競技運営の妨げや公序良俗に反する撮影と見られる行為。その他迷惑行為および主催者の指示に反する行為。
13)ゴミは各自お持ち帰りください。
