・今大会より、一般駐車場グラウンド内に有料テント箇所を設けます。（6m×6m、車両可）

・有料箇所以外でのテント設営は禁止といたします。

・なお、舗装路の有料ブースは例年通りです。

1) First aid will be provided for illnesses and injuries that occur during the event; however, participants are responsible for any subsequent medical  expenses.

2) Please be sure to bring your health insurance card.

3) Schedules, important notices, and other information will be posted on the venue’s Communiquē board as needed.

4) The organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues such as theft or loss at the venue.

5) The organizer assumes no responsibility for late arrivals due to public transportation delays or road conditions on the day of the event.

6) We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information.

    Information such as names, dates of birth, affiliations, competition results, and photographs may be published in event materials, on our website, and on social            media, and may also be provided to the media.

7) All image rights for the event belong to the Japan Cycling Federation (a public interest incorporated foundation), the MTB League (a general incorporated 　 association), and the event organizers.

8) This competition is held under natural conditions, and events will generally take place even in the event of rain or snow.

    However, the event may be canceled if the Technical Delegate, the Commissaires Panel, or the event organizers determine that ensuring safety is difficult due to       severe weather or natural disasters. 

   In the event of cancellation, entry fees will not be refunded.

9) Please follow the instructions of the organizers and staff regarding entry to and exit from the event venue.

1) 大会中の疾病および負傷については応急処置を行いますが、その後の治療費等は本人の責任とします。 

2) 健康保険証を必ず持参してください。

3) スケジュール・注意事項等は、会場のコミュニケボードにて発表します。

4) 主催者は、会場での盗難紛失等のトラブルについては一切責任を負いません。

5) 大会当日の公共交通機関、道路事情等による遅刻については、主催者は一切責任を負いません。

6) 適用される個人情報保護関連法令に従って個人情報を取り扱います。

    氏名、生年月日、所属、競技成績、写真などの情報は、大会資料、ウェブサイト、ソーシャルメディアに掲載されるほか、報道機関に提供される場合があります。

7) 大会における肖像権は公益財団法人日本自転車競技連盟、一般社団法人MTBリーグ、大会主催者に帰属します。

8) 本大会は自然な条件で開催される競技で、雨天や降雪などの場合でも基本的に大会は開催します。

    ただし、荒天、天災など安全確保が難しいとテクニカルデレゲート、コミッセールパネル、大会主催者が判断する場合に中止とすることがあります。

    中止になった場合、参加費の返金は行いません。

9) 大会実施会場への入退場については主催者、運営スタッフの指示に従ってください。
