Welcome to the MSU Diversity Research Group Website!

The Diversity Research Group is located within the Department of Psychology at Michigan State University, and works in conjunction with the Organizational Psychology program. On a broad level, we study diversity in the workplace, with goals to contribute to knowledge and practices concerning underrepresented populations' identity management and inclusion at work.
