The Applied Psychometric Research Group

The Applied Psychometric Research Group works to utilize and develop cutting-edge psychological measurement techniques to develop a deeper understanding of individual differences such as personality, attitudes, and intelligence, as well as group-level constructs such as cohesion and trust. We place particular emphasis on how measurement can be harnessed to better the wellbeing and performance of people and teams in the modern workplace.
