Welcome to MSTOUR! This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. By using MSTOUR, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

MSTOUR is designed to be highly anonymous. We do not require you to create an account with your name, email, or phone number.

• Non-Personal Information: To provide targeted anonymous messages, we collect general preferences during onboarding, such as your age range, gender, height category, sport preference, and personality type. This data is not linked to your real identity.

• Device and Usage Data: We use third-party services (like Firebase and OneSignal) that may collect device identifiers (such as Push Notification IDs) to deliver notifications and ensure the app functions correctly.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation Policy

MSTOUR allows users to send anonymous messages, confessions, and participate in text-based interactions. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

• Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that contains hate speech, bullying, harassment, explicit sexual material, threats, or illegal activities.

• Content Filtering: The app includes an automated bad-word filter that prevents the submission of profanity and inappropriate language.

• User Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag and report any message they find inappropriate using the in-app "Report" button. If a message receives a certain number of reports (10 reports), it is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. Users can also "Hide" messages they no longer wish to see.

• Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content or block users (via device IDs) who violate these terms to maintain a safe environment.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app smoothly:

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing your non-personal information. All data (messages, confessions, and preferences) is securely stored in Google's Firebase databases. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
