I am Md Shirajum Munir, a Research Assistant Professor - Computer Engineer, Department of COVA CCI Coastal Node, School of Cyber Security, Old Dominion University Suffolk, 23435, USA.

My life experiences have earned me affiliation with several people from different races, backgrounds, gender, and culture at academic and professional levels. As part of a workforce in a multi-national institution and after graduating from a multicultural university, my commitment is to promote diversity and inclusion in academic activities, providing an opportunity for societies to share promising practices, and investigate possible collaborative research. Engineering education, especially in the technological field has an essential role in the cultivation of the tech workforce to meet the needs of diverse communities.
