Digital Health and Wellness is the management of how much time is spent on technology. It is important to not mistreat technology as it can damage your health/wellness in ways you might not be aware of. Technology is all around us but it is necessary we take time for ourselves and implement time to be away from technology.
Some examples of practicing well Digital Health and Wellness would be limiting screen time or wearing blue light glasses when looking at screens for a long period of time.
