Digital Welfare and Health pertain to maintaining the physical and mental well-being of individuals when they are using the internet. While we can play games, watch TV, and express our creativity with technology, too much of it might be harmful to us. When we think we've spent too much time on the internet, we should get up, move, eat a nutritious snack, and take a mental vacation. Our bodies weren't designed to spend all day staring at a screen.
