Digital Health and Welfare: Everywhere we look, everyone is on their phone, tablet, or computer, but just because it normal to be doing this does not mean that it is good for us. Sometimes we need breaks from looking at our screens all day because the lights can hurt our eyes and sometimes our mind just needs a break. Try to remember to take these breaks and do something else for a little while, like going outside to play, reading a book, coloring a picture, making slime, or even taking a nap. Our minds and bodies need to move and be active at least a little bit each day, and that is hard for our bodies and minds to do when we are sitting down looking at a screen all day.
