Digital Communication and Collaboration: We have all seen our friends, parents, and everyone else in our world use a phone to make a phone call, send a text message or email, or post on Instagram or Snapchat. Using technology to communicate with others is a normal and everyday thing that everyone does, and it is fast and convenient for us to do so. We need to be sure that when we are talking or texting with our friends or family, we need to make sure we are expressing our ideas and thoughts to them in a way that makes sense and in the way that you want to tell them. Sometimes we can send a text message to someone and we might mean it to be a joke but they might take it as though you were being hurtful, so we need to make sure we are aware of how we write things and how someone else could read it. Technology can help us find new interests, ideas, or meet new people that like the same things as us, but we need to be aware of who we are talking to and what we are saying and doing.
