Digital Health and Welfare refers to physical and psychological effect of technology in a digital world. Too much screen-time can cause addiction as well as other attentive issues, so it's important for classrooms to balance screen-time with other activities both mentally and physically.
Examples:
Students can become unwieldy unless given some kind of device after prolonged screen-time
Students may drift off during class and are more focused on being able to use the device in the future.
