Music has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I am passionate about engaging students in musical development from an early age and have seen the benefits of music on my mind and soul throughout my life.  Understanding the science of music education is fascinating and almost universal in application.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems--you'll notice it's not music related!  I've had years and years of piano and vocal lessons growing up.  I sang in church choirs from an early age.  I've taught preschool and elementary-aged children at church and in the community for the past 20 years.  And I've been teaching Let's Play Music since 2009.

I appreciate traveling and experiencing new things on this incredible planet and am a fabulous planner for all things Disney!  Most of all, I love to laugh and have fun!

My greatest loves, however, are my husband Chad and children McKenzie, Danielle, Ethan and Adrienne!
