How can I contact Ms. B?

Is Ms. B available outside of class if my child needs extra help?

I am available for tutoring after school from 3:30p.m. - 5:30p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays if your child needs extra help with any of our content!

How can I volunteer in the classroom?

Is my child going to be following COVID-19 guidelines while in the classroom?

Micro Society Elementary School is following all CDC guidelines. Further information can be found on our school's website, which in linked on the "School Information" page.

How will I know whether or not my child has homework to complete?

Homework will always be posted under the "Homework" tab of our class website, as well as sent home in your child's folder at the end of each day.

How many times can my child be absent from school?

As specified in the Student Handbook, each student is allowed no more than 6 days of absence per semester. When a student has three (3) absences, his/her guardian shall be notified that the student has missed half the allowable days for the semester

Is my child allowed to bring his/hers electronics to class?

While your child can bring their electronic devices to school with them, they will not have an opportunity to use them in my classroom. I do not allow use of personal electronic devices or additional screen time outside of our classroom technology use.

Can I meet with my child's teacher in person to discuss their progress?

Yes! Please reach out to me via email if you would like to set up a meeting time. I would love to find a time that works best for you.

How can I find out my child's grade in your class?

Progress reports are sent out every quarter, but you can receive more updates grades between those times by e-mailing me.

How will my child take their medication while at school?

All medications should be turn into the nurse's office. Please let both the nurse and myself know the proper times for your child to take their medication so that we can do our part in keeping them happy and healthy.
