Physics 11 - Practice Test, Original Test and One Retest.
These rules are non-negotiable. Please read, follow and respect them.
Rules for Test Days
BE ON TIME. All devices and recording devices of any kind must be turned to silent or turned off and stored in your backpack.
All backpacks are to be stored at the back of the room.
No trips to the washroom, go BEFORE you come to my class on Test days. You cannot leave the room on test days.
Once the order to “hand in the test” has been issued, you must stop writing and hand in the test.
Once a test has been handed in, you may no longer have access to it. You cannot take it back.
Only work written on the test paper will count towards your mark, anything written on scrap paper is not evaluated.
Your answers in the answer space stand as your final answer, no exceptions.
No paper leaves the room on test day.
If you missed the original test on test day then you must make it up within a week's time at a time that works for you and for I.
I do not offer Physics 11 rewrites anymore, so please prepared properly for your unit tests.
All test questions must be written in a neat and legible manner, otherwise that question will not be marked and you will receive a zero for that question. Overly small, overly messy or overly light/faint writing are not acceptable.
Don’t cheat. It is not worth it. You are better than that. If you are caught cheating in my class:
You will receive a ZERO on that test.
If you are caught cheating more than once in my class then you, your parent(s)/guardian(s) and I will need to have a conference to see why you are cheating However, more importantly you should be aware that the trust between you and I would be broken at that point if I catch you cheating more than once.
Cheating means:
Copying or allowing others to copy off you on a test or a quiz.
Making use of materials, devices and/or information and resources not permitted on a test or a quiz. Students in my classes are only ever allowed a clean formula sheet, a clean constant sheet, the test paper and a piece of scrap paper (provided by me) on any test or quiz. No paper leaves my room on test day.
The use of any form of recording device (audio, video, images or hand written notes) when a test is returned to you for review is strictly prohibited.
The passing of information and/or resources to other students who have not taken the test yet is also not allowed.
In other words:
PREPARE, DO, IMPROVE IF NEEDED
