I have worked as an independent consultant at the World Bank since 2016 in the Education Global Practice. I have provided analytical support to education reform projects in Eastern Europe, and East Asia and Pacific, including Serbia, Turkey, Moldova, Belarus, Indonesia, Vietnam, Timor-Leste, and the Philippines.
My academic research interests include applied econometrics, policy evaluation, and the impact of conflict on educational and health outcomes. I have also conducted policy research in social housing and Indigenous Empowerment in Australia while working as an assistant professor at the University of Melbourne.
I hold a PhD in Economics from CEMFI. Supervisors: Manuel Arellano and Diego Puga.
