What: Cyberbullying is bullying transferred online. This can occur through comments or images. Things such as harassment, name calling, stalking, threats and hounding for information are all equal to bullying. 

Is it me: If you are cyberbullied the first thing you should do is tell a trusted adult! Please note, you are not alone. Whatever someone chooses to say to you does not make it true and your voice matters!
