My name is Hannah Paxia. I am ecstatic to be a virtual first and second grade teacher in the Little Falls School District. This will be my fourth year teaching second grade and fourth year in the district. I love first and second grade because because it is the year many children develop their love for education. I feel so lucky to be working with Mrs. Teese during our remote learning adventure. I graduated from William Paterson University and earned my degree in elementary education with an endorsement in teaching students with disabilities. I am currently enrolled in a master’s program for developing and implementing curriculum. I love to teach AND learn!

My name is Linda Teese and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Little Falls School District! I happily spent 10 years teaching 1st Grade in NYC & Florida. During those years I learned how to cultivate and create a positive classroom environment centered on reading. As my career blossomed, I evolved my passion of teaching young learners and became a Reading Specialist & Literacy Coach. For the past 6 years, I had the opportunity to work with small-groups, teaching guided reading to struggling students. I’ve also worked in-house with classroom teachers to create hands-on engaging literacy activities for students and teachers. This year brings on a whole new adventure for all of us! I’m ecstatic to be teaching with Mrs. Paxia!
