Dear Parents & students, I hope that everyone is safe and healthy!

The past couple of weeks have been very challenging for everyone. I greatly appreciate your patience, support and understanding as we have been working on how to deliver and support learning at home for students. None of us would have ever imagined schools would close for an indefinite amount of time, and that students would be asked to stay home. Although these are unprecedented times, I am certain that in the end, we all come out of it safe and healthy.

Thank you for being patient while we figure out how to complete learning from here on. Teachers have been working hard to make sure students have access to everything they need. And I have been learning a lot along the way!

I want to reassure parents that your child will not fall behind during a time like this. Please remember that this is an opportunity for you and your family to teach, explore and discover a whole new way of learning – life skills that we often don’t have time for in our busy schedule. The number of life skills to be taught are endless!

Please see the schedule below for online learning. Thank you for all your patience. If you have any questions, please email me.

Part of the language arts curriculum is knowing the rules of language. It is an important skill that includes punctuation, capitals, commas, tenses and so many things! It’s not an easy thing, but playing games is a fun and engaging way to learn!
