Meet Mrs. Cureton
Hello! My name is Carmelita Cureton and I am extremely excited to be a part of the Fountain Inn Elementary family! My family just relocated to Greenville from the Columbia area. Before joining the Greenville County family, I worked in Lexington School District One and Richland School District One. I have been in administration for five years and an educator for seventeen. Prior to administration, I taught pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade. I have also served as a reading coach. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Lander University. I have a Masters in Instructional Accommodation from Francis Marion University and a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University. My husband Darrick and I have three amazing daughters, and one dog. I enjoy crafts, shopping, watching movies, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family. One interesting fact is that my dad is originally from Fountain Inn. I am thrilled to serve in the community that he grew up in. #togetherweshine
