Mrs Pig is Mr Pigs former wife. She's only briefly mentioned, but plays a big role in the motivations behind Mr Pigs actions.

Mrs Pig marriage with Mr Pig started off nice, but slowly turned sour as Mr Pig went off his medication and started treating her poorly, similar to the way Mrs Crow was treated by Mr Pig. But Unlike Mrs Crow, Mrs Pig never built up enough courage to leave.

When the game takes place, Mrs Pig has died from a car crash a few weeks ago. But when Her body was found, her head was missing, an oddity in the case considering the nature of her injuries.
