GRADES K-3

1. DO AT LEAST 45 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DURING THE WEEK. YOU CAN EXERCISE IN MULTIPLE SESSIONS OF AT LEAST 15 MIN EACH.

EXAMPLES: GOING FOR A BIKE RIDE, RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE, A FAMILY WALK OR RUN, SHOOTING BASKETS, HAVING A CATCH, JUMPING ROPE ETC. ALSO, COSMIC KIDS YOGA IS A GOOD ONLINE RESOURCE FOR YOGA. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

2. WEEKLY CHALLENGE (OPTIONAL) HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU DRIBBLE A BALL? OR HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU TAP A BALLOON WITHOUT IT TOUCHING THE GROUND?

GRADES 4-8

1. DO AT LEAST 60 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DURING THE WEEK. YOU CAN EXERCISE IN MULTIPLE SESSIONS OF AT LEAST 20 MIN EACH.

EXAMPLES: GOING FOR A BIKE RIDE, RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE, WALKING OR RUNNING, SHOOTING BASKETS, HAVING A CATCH, AND JUMPING ROPE ETC. ALSO, YOU CAN UTILIZE ANY DANCE, FITNESS OR YOGA VIDEOS FROM YouTube.

2. PLEASE LOG YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES ON THE GOOGLE FORM BELOW TO SUBMIT TO ME ONCE A WEEK BY SATURDAY AT MIDNIGHT. THIS WILL GIVE YOU CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR 3RD TRIMESTER GRADE. YOU NEED TO INCLUDE YOUR FIRST/LAST NAME, GRADE LEVEL, TYPE OF EXERCISE/EXERCISES, AND FOR HOW LONG YOU EXERCISED. THANK YOU! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
