I graduated high school in 2002 from Pell City! I earned my BA in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007 and also gained my Masters in Elementary Education in 2011 from UAB. I have taught kindergarten, reading intervention, and began teaching third grade in 2008.

I was also Kennedy's Teacher of the Year in 2017-18. I LOVE being a WMK teacher!

Some of my favs are Jesus, camping, kayaking, traveling, coffee, chocolate, Coke, and sushi!
