This privacy policy applies to the MrQuotes app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by [AKASHYAM VEDANTA] (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Ad-Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages.
The time spent on the Application.
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
User-generated prompts (if you use the AI Quote Generator feature).
Personal Information: The Application does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) to use its core features. All your favorite quotes and settings are stored locally on your device.
AI Generation Feature: If you use the AI quote generation feature, the text patterns or topics you input are sent to a third-party AI service API to generate the requested quotes. We do not attach any personally identifiable information to these requests.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Unlike many apps, this Application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The Service Provider uses these third-party services to show advertisements and improve the app's performance.
The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may use the advertising ID from the device on which the ad is serving to generate interests and demographics (for example, 'sports enthusiasts'). You can learn more about how Google uses your data by visiting:
3. Log Data and Crash Reporting
The Service Provider wants to inform you that whenever you use the Application, in a case of an error in the app, the Service Provider collects data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The Application does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app uses local device storage (such as Shared Preferences) to save your 'Favorite Quotes' and personal app settings. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external servers. The app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services.
5. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information that the Service Provider processes and maintains. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites (e.g., when you share a quote or open a related webpage). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
7. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions will be able to be done.

The Service Provider may update their Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
