Terms and Conditions for Yoga Classes conducted by Mrityunjay Yog Ashram.
Respected Sir/ Madam, in order to give my complete focus on holistic yoga strategies for your transformational experience, kindly follow these set of rules.
Class Types
Demo Class
1 hour class only provided once for a student
Drop In Classes
1 hour class on demand after confirmation of date and time.
Recurring Classes
Weekly, Fortnightly classes after confirmation of date and time.
Monthly Classes
1 hour classes, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Trial Class Rules
Monthly Classes
Only one Demo class will be provided in case of Monthly classes requirement.
Beyond one Demo class, each class will be charged as a Drop in class, for which payment must be completed prior to every class
Drop In Classes
No Trial or Demo class is possible for Drop In Classes
Class Commitment and Continuity
Monthly Classes
No adjustment of holidays taken by students will be made to next month or any other time.
No adjustment due to any other reason by students will be made to the class for next month or any other time.
It is understood that festival holidays are holidays for Student and Teacher so no adjustment of festival holidays will be made in next month or any other time.
Intimation for stopping classes in the next month needs to be given in writing on Whatsapp one month before your last class. Absence to give intimation for stopping classes one month in advance will result in additional costs in accordance to Class Termination rules below.
No adjustment will be done after class time, number of students, number of days in week and location are decided.
Class Termination Rules
Monthly Classes
One month notice to be given prior to ending Monthly Classes
If you do not give one month notice before ending Monthly Class, you are required to give a lump sum payment for one month, where one month starts from the date you inform of class cancellation. The payment for unpaid class days will be charged as lower of Drop In Classes cost multiplied by number of unpaid days or Monthly Classes cost.
Payment
Full payment in advance 24 hours before start of the month in case of Monthly or Drop In Classes classes
Payment must be done online via UPI
No refund will be provided after class confirmation and payment in any case because the time is completely allotted for your class.
Class charges will be fixed after class time, number of students, number of days in week and distance are decided.
Class charges are dependent on class time, number of students, number of days in week, distance and any other consideration.
Fee amount will be valid for 6 months and subject to revision
Your class time until you give intimation to cancel class will be reserved for you.
In case the Teacher takes a holiday due to any reason, then adjustments will be made next month.
In case the Teacher takes holiday without informing in advance then adjustment for twice the number of days will be made in the next month.
In case the Teacher is unable to continue taking classes, intimation will be provided one month in advance. If intimation is not provided in advance by Teacher, Student will refunded a lump sum payment for two month value of classes, where two month starts from the date when you are informed of class cancellation.
Contract will be signed between Student and Teacher prior to beginning classes along with identity documents. Any dispute will be resolved at Roorkee court at each individual’s expense.
