About Me

I'm excited to begin my first year within the Tri-Valley School District! I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD. I graduated from Washington High School in 2016, where I played football and wrestled. In 2020, I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Education from Dakota Wesleyan University, where I also played football.

I will be entering my third year as a teacher. My first two years were in the alternative setting, so this will be my first year in the 'traditional' school environment.

I am entering my fourth year of coaching football, with all of my previous experience taking place at Washington High School.

My Family

My wife, Mikael, and I got married in 2020. We live in Sioux Falls with our two miniature dachshunds, Louie and Luna. Together, we love traveling (specifically cruises), this past summer we spent two weeks traveling through the Mediterranean Sea in Europe.

I am the middle child of three siblings, all of which are boys. I spent much of my childhood playing sports and video games with and against my brothers.

Some of my hobbies are playing Xbox, going to the lake, traveling, and doing anything with friends and family.
