This policy applies to MR BATTING QUEST 3 for Meta Quest, operated by saitomakoto.
The game uses headset and controller position, orientation, tracking status and controller input on your device to position the field, move the bat and run gameplay. Session scores, pitch settings and floor-height adjustments are processed locally for gameplay. The developer does not receive these gameplay or tracking data through the current game.
Mixed reality uses the Quest system passthrough feature to display your surroundings. The current game does not read, store or upload raw camera images, and the developer does not receive images of your room. Screenshots or recordings you choose to create using Quest system features are controlled by the Quest system and your own sharing choices.
The current game has no developer-operated account system, advertising, online multiplayer, or developer-operated analytics service. Purchases, account management, platform diagnostics and any system recording or sharing are provided by Meta and are governed by Meta's applicable privacy policies. This policy describes the developer's practices, not all data processing performed independently by Meta or your device's operating system.
If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information only to respond, resolve your request and maintain necessary support records. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. Our email provider processes correspondence to provide email services; information may also be disclosed when required by law.
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support by emailing dsbyj0811@yahoo.co.jp. We may need information sufficient to verify that the request relates to you. Locally processed session information ends with the session; uninstalling the app removes app-local data managed by the device, subject to any platform backup settings.
The app is intended for teens and adults aged 13 or above, or the applicable minimum age in their region. It is not directed at children below that age. If a child sends personal information to support, contact us to request its deletion.

本ポリシーは、saitomakotoが提供するMeta Quest向け「MR BATTING QUEST 3」に適用されます。
ゲームは、ヘッドセットとコントローラーの位置・向き・追跡状態・ボタン操作を端末上で使用し、フィールド配置、バット操作、ゲーム進行を行います。セッション中のスコア、投球設定、床の高さ調整はゲームのために端末内で処理します。現在のゲームから、これらのゲーム情報や追跡情報を開発者へ送信する機能はありません。
MR表示はQuestのパススルー機能を利用します。現在のゲームはカメラの生画像を読み取り、保存、アップロードせず、開発者が部屋の映像を受け取ることもありません。Questのシステム機能で利用者が撮影するスクリーンショットや録画は、Questのシステムと利用者の共有操作によって管理されます。
現在のゲームには、開発者が運営するアカウント、広告、オンライン対戦、解析サービスはありません。購入、アカウント管理、プラットフォームの診断、システムによる撮影・共有はMetaが提供する機能であり、Metaの適用されるプライバシーポリシーに従います。本ポリシーは開発者の取り扱いを説明するもので、Metaや端末のOSが独立して行うすべての処理を説明するものではありません。
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送信元メールアドレスと利用者が記載した内容を受け取ります。回答、問題解決、必要なサポート記録のために使用し、販売や広告には使用しません。対応に必要な期間と適用される義務を満たす期間に限り保管します。メール提供事業者はメールサービス提供のために通信を処理し、法令により必要な場合には情報を開示することがあります。
お問い合わせで送信した情報の開示、訂正、削除は、dsbyj0811@yahoo.co.jpへご連絡ください。本人の情報に関する請求であることの確認をお願いする場合があります。端末内のセッション情報はセッション終了とともに終了し、アプリをアンインストールすると端末が管理するアプリ内データは削除されます。ただしプラットフォームのバックアップ設定の影響を受ける場合があります。
対象年齢は13歳以上、または地域における該当する最低年齢以上のティーンと成人です。それ未満の子どもを対象としていません。子どもがお問い合わせに個人情報を送信した場合は、削除をご依頼ください。
