In order to learn how to download an attachment which is already inside a message, please visit our Device Support page. Once there, click on Tutorials > Email & messaging > Send & receive messages. You will want to select the desired message, and click on Options in the lower left hand side. You should see Save Objects after scrolling a short distance.

this fix you posted only set the ringtone as a default ringtone as in for what ever you have for when your phone rings but it will not be listed in you default list of ringtones. still looking for way to move ringtones from SD card to default list and have them avaible at all times

Linux Version:

Please use the Linux link provided as our phones will only use the format generated by our tools. How to use the tool is attached in the readme file. Be advised that only .wav files can be converted. If you have .mp3 files, they need to be converted to the .wav file format. You can find a free conversion tool online. The ringtone file can not be more than 100KB each. We suggest less than 70KB each. BT100 phone will only take two ring tone files and GXP2000 can take 3 ring tone files.

The purpose of this article is to focus on making ringtones, not about downloading Garageband or addressing unusual error messages about failed app downloads (which could be due to wi-fi, or temporary service disruptions, or other reasons).

This process changed a bit with iTunes 12.7 and subsequent releases. The "Tones" library you could previously sync with your iPhone has been removed, but you can still manually place ringtone files on your phone. Any ringtones you had stored in iTunes are now located at C:\Users\NAME\Music\iTunes\iTunesMediaToneson a Windows PC or ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Tones/ on a Mac.

Apple no longer offers iTunes on Macs starting with macOS Catalina, so you'll need to use an alternative method to get custom ringtones onto your iPhone on newer versions of macOS.
