If you don't use Firefox in that way, you won't notice much difference. Also 64 bit plugins for Java, Silverlight and a few others won't work because they're being blocked for security & stability reasons. And other plugins like VLC media player won't work with 64-bit Firefox because they haven't been whitelisted. So something to think about before switching. Not a serious topic or anything. I recently jumped back into the Firefox fray after years of hiatus, and I just like it a lot more than chrome now. I noticed that Firefox auto-installs the 32-bit version on 64-bit windows for some odd reason; and in order to get the 64-bit version of Firefox, you have do a bit of searching, ...as it's not listed as an option on the main Firefox webpage for some odd reason. Is the 64-bit version worse than the 32-bit version or something?
