○Preferences: Selection parameters such as gender preference, chosen strictly to customize specific AI output generation. These are never utilized for biometric identification or general profiling.
○Customer Support & Communications: Your name, email address, communication history, and diagnostic logs provided when reaching out to our support channels.
●B. Information Collected Automatically
○Device & Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, system language, screen resolution, IP address, Google Advertising ID (GAID), unique hardware identifiers, and crash or system diagnostic logs.
○App Usage & Interaction Metrics: Feature utilization patterns, session lengths, performance metrics, and application error logs.
○Subscription & Billing Telemetry: Transaction confirmations, subscription tier status, product SKU identifiers, and renewal milestones. (Note: Financial transactions and payment card details are handled entirely by Google Play or certified third-party billing processors; we never store or have direct access to your credit card information.)
3. Processing of Facial Data and Biometric Information
Certain advanced AI capabilities within MovMix require the temporary analysis of facial characteristics ("Face Data").
●Processing Purpose: Face Data is processed exclusively on a transient basis to render the specific, user-requested AI output.
●Strict Prohibitions: Face Data is never used to uniquely identify individuals, verify identities, construct permanent biometric databases, or train underlying foundation machine learning models without your explicit, separate authorization.
●Retention & Deletion Window: Face Data is handled in real-time execution pipelines and is purged immediately after the rendering process concludes. We do not persist or store facial geometries on long-term databases.
●Security & Transmission: We do not sell or monetize Face Data. All transmissions are secured via end-to-end network encryption interacting with trusted cloud infrastructure bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Legal Bases and Purposes for Data Processing
We process your Personal Data under valid legal frameworks (including contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate operational interests) to:

Users are strictly barred from creating, uploading, or distributing UGC containing or promoting:
○Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any imagery exploiting or endangering minors.

○Automated Filtering: Real-time AI safety classifiers screening text prompts and generation outputs before rendering.
○Human Review & Enforcement: Our dedicated safety team reviews flagged materials. We maintain the absolute right to remove non-compliant content, revoke generative privileges, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal acts (such as CSAM) to appropriate law enforcement agencies without prior notice.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain Personal Data only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Policy.
●Account & Data Deletion Rights: You hold full control over your data. You may delete your account and associated records at any time:
