The hotel is only 30 mins drive from Dubai International Airport and also offers a large swimming pool, wellness center, and fitness center. Traffic to get in or out of the hotel. The street is always jammed. Only 3 elevators for 23 floors. We were staying on the highest floors so we always had to wait. The access to beach from the website is misleading. I spoke with many other residents and they were also fooled to believe that the hotel had a private beach.
