• On-Device Processing refers to software operations where data is read, calculated, and stored strictly within the sandbox memory of Your Device without being transmitted to external servers operated by the Company.
  
  

• Service refers to the Application.
  
  

• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company or facilitates third-party functionality (e.g., ad networks or map rendering).
  
  

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  
  

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
  
  

2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

On-Device Processing Clarification

All personal fitness metrics, GPS coordinates, pedometer step counts, and user profile details are read and processed strictly on Your Device. The Company does not operate external database servers to store or aggregate your personal fitness history.

Background Location Data

We request permission to access location-based information from your mobile device to provide route mapping, speed, distance, and calorie tracking for your workouts (running, walking, cycling, riding).

• Background Tracking: This includes accessing your location even when the Application is running in the background, minimized, or when the screen is locked.
  
  

• Prominent Disclosure: Before initiating any location tracking, the Application presents a prominent disclosure dialog outlining location usage.
  
  

• Privacy Assurance: All background location data is processed and stored strictly locally on your device sandbox memory. It is never uploaded, shared, sold, or used for advertising.
  
  

Health and Fitness Data

Physical activity data (such as step counts from pedometer sensors and motion data) is processed locally on your device to calculate fitness metrics. This activity data remains strictly on your device and is never shared.

Device Camera & Photo Gallery

We access your device camera and photo library with your explicit permission only to allow avatar customization. Captured photos are stored strictly locally on your device.

Foreground Service & System Permissions

• Foreground Service: The Application uses Android Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_HEALTH) to ensure GPS tracking and step counting continue uninterrupted when the screen is locked. A persistent system notification is displayed whenever tracking is active.
  
  

• WAKE_LOCK: Used to prevent the CPU from entering deep sleep during an active workout session, ensuring seamless GPS and step measurement.
  
  

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Registers system boot events solely to reschedule your configured daily workout notification reminders and restore step tracker alarms after a device reboot.
  
  

3. Data Retention & Local Storage

All personal profile information (name, height, weight, age), workout history logs, step count data, and GPS route points are stored exclusively within local device storage. This data is retained as long as the Application remains installed on your Device.

4. Delete Your Personal Data (Deletion Mechanism)

You have full control over your stored data and have the right to erase it at any time:

• In-App Deletion Button: You can permanently delete all stored data by navigating to Profile Settings and selecting "Delete Profile & All Data". Tapping this button instantly and permanently wipes your user profile, step history, and workout logs from local storage.
  
  

• System Storage Clear & Uninstall: Clearing storage in Android System Settings (Settings > Apps > Move: Run, Walk & Step Counter > Storage > Clear Data) or uninstalling the app will also permanently erase all stored local data.
  
  

• No Remote Records: Because we do not store your data on external database servers, no remote deletion requests are required.
  
  

5. Third-Party Services & Map Attribution

We use the following third-party Services to facilitate app capabilities:

• Google Play Services: Provides Android platform infrastructure and billing verification.
  
  

• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and coarse location (IP) in accordance with Google Privacy Policy.
  
  

• CARTO & OpenStreetMap: Downloads map graphic tiles for workout route overlays. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), tiles © CARTO. Only standard network request headers (tile coordinates, IP address) are processed by tile servers to return graphic tiles. No fitness data is shared.
  
  

6. Personalized Advertising Opt-Out

You can manage or disable ad personalization on your Android device at any time by navigating to:

Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads) to reset or delete your Advertising Identifier.

7. Global Legal Rights & Compliance

GDPR Rights (European Economic Area & UK)

If You are located in the EEA or UK, You hold rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, and Data Portability. Since all fitness data is stored locally, these rights are exercisable directly inside the Application through local data controls and deletion buttons.

CCPA Rights (California Residents)

If You reside in California, You possess specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We collect the following categories of information:

• Identifiers: Device advertising IDs (processed by Google AdMob).
  
  

• Personal Information: Name, height, weight, age (stored strictly locally).
  
  

• Health & Geolocation Data: Step count, distance, speed, GPS route points (stored strictly locally).
  
  

You have the right to request deletion of this data, which you can execute instantly by using the "Delete Profile & All Data" button within the Application settings. We do not sell or share your personal fitness data.

Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act Compliance (India)

If You reside in India, You possess rights under the DPDP Act, including the right to data correction, data erasure, and grievance redressal. Since all fitness tracking history is stored locally on Your Device, You can exercise Your right to erase and correct this data directly through the Profile settings menu. 8. Do Not Track & Security

• Do Not Track: While the Service does not respond to DNT browser signals, all fitness data is stored locally on your device sandbox memory, effectively honoring Do Not Track for all fitness data.
  
  

• Security & Encryption: Communications with third-party SDKs (Google AdMob) use HTTPS/SSL transport encryption. Your local fitness data is protected by the Android sandbox isolation mechanism.
  
  

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Users confirm they meet age requirements during setup.

10. In-App Purchases & Billing

The Application offers an optional "Lifetime Ad-Free" upgrade. All transactions are handled securely by official Google Play Billing. The Application does not store or process payment card details, bank info, or financial credentials.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
