Mouwakkaba (“the App”) is an internal mobile application used exclusively by AMSED (ASSOCIATION MAROCAINE DE SOLIDARITE ET DE DEVELOPPEMENT) staff and registered members across various regions in Morocco. This application is not intended for public users and is accessible only to authorized AMSED personnel.
Important Clarification: The term "EMF" (Employés et Membres de Formation) used within this app refers exclusively to internal AMSED staff and members. This is not a government or public sector application. It is developed by and for AMSED association for internal coordination and training purposes.
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all information processed through this app. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled during authorized use.
Mouwakkaba is designed to help AMSED staff and members manage operations, access internal information, coordinate training sessions, and process administrative tasks within the association. The app is strictly internal and does not serve or track general public users.

The app collects only the data necessary for AMSED internal operations, such as:
Name, email, phone, or member ID (for authentication or access control)
Operational data required for AMSED tasks and training sessions
Session attendance and participation records
Device type and OS version
Crash reports (to improve stability)
Media files, unless manually uploaded by an AMSED member as part of their work
Data collected is used solely for internal AMSED purposes, including:
Verifying member/staff access
Processing internal administrative tasks
Managing training sessions and member coordination
Improving application stability and performance

Information may be shared only with:
AMSED authorized departments and committees
Official administrative platforms integrated for internal workflows

Since the app is strictly for AMSED association use, it is not directed to children and not accessible to individuals under 13 without proper authorization.

Requests can be made internally through AMSED management.
If the app uses any official APIs or external systems, those services follow their own security and privacy requirements. No third-party advertising tools are used.
