Fort William Excursions


Ben Nevis - A 1 day experience via CMD. Duration 9-11 hours. (Hard)


Arrive at the North face car park for 8am and meet with the guide to leave for 8:30am. Walk up via Carn Mor Dearg and go along the grade 1 scramble to ascend Ben Nevis. Return Via the tourist path and Red Tarn to the car park. Munro count 2.


£35 per person per day. Maximum 8 persons per guide.




Creag Meagaidh Circuit - A 1 day experience. Duration 8-10 hours. (Medium/Hard)


Arrive at Aberarder car park for 8am and meet with the guide to leave for 8:30am. Ascend via the path until we arrive at the bare plateau. Traverse the plateau to take in 2 further munros. Return Via Coire Ardair. Munro count 3.


£35 per person per day. Maximum 8 persons per guide.




Beinn na Lap - 1 day experience. Duration 4-6 hours. (Easy)


Meet the guide at Fort William Station, arrival times dependant on train availability. A cafe is on site if refreshments required. Catch the train to Corrour Station (highest station in the UK). Walk up the track to the YHA hostel at Loch Ossain. Ascend a gentle slope to the summit of Beinn na Lap. Return to the train station. Munro count 1.

Beinn a’Chaorainn and Beinn Tellach - 1 day experience. Duration 6-8 hours. (Medium)


Meet the Guide At Roughburn on the A86. These two munros are less visited of the area. We will walk along the forestry track to see the stunning Loch Treig and ascend our first of 2 munros. Traversing the ridge and the second mountain before returning via the eastern slopes to the track and back to the carpark. Munro count 2.

Stob Coire Easain and Stob a Choire Mheadhoin - 1 day experience. Duration 7-9 hours. (Medium)


Meet guide at An Dubh Lochan car park on the Fersit Road for 8am. The Easains will give you a long ridge walk along the forest track towards the Dam. Ascend the first Munro, drop down to the bealach to the second Munro. Return past the hydro pillar back to the start. Munro count 2.


£35 per person per day. Maximum 8 persons per guide.




Beinn a’Chlachair, Geal Charn & Creag Pitridh - 1 day experience. Duration 8-10 hours. (Medium/Hard)


Meet guide in Layby on A86 ner Luiblea. Follow track to Abhain Guilbinn. Ascend to first Munro continue along Plateau. Drop to bealach to do the second Munro and continue to do the third and final Munro before returning via the deer stalker path. Munro count 3.

£35 per person per day. Maximum 8 persons per guide.
