PRIVACY POLICY — MotsApp

Thank you for using MotsApp ("the App", "we", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. MotsApp is a fake chat creator and scrolling chat video maker made strictly for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. The App does not send real messages, does not place real calls, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real messaging service.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

MotsApp does not require an account, sign-in, registration, name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:

- The fake chats, contacts, and messages you create

- The photos you select for contacts, messages, or statuses

- The voice notes you record

- The videos you export

- Your real contacts, SMS, or call history (the App never requests access to these)

All content you create in MotsApp is stored locally on your own device only. It never leaves your device through the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of this content.

2. PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS

- Photos / media access: used only when you choose an image from your gallery for a contact picture, status, or photo message, and when saving exported videos to your gallery.

- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used only when you record a fake voice note inside the App. Recordings are stored on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

- Internet: used only to display advertisements and to process Google Play purchases.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings; the related features will simply stop working.

3. ADVERTISING (THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION)

The free version of MotsApp displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, which may include:

- Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)

- Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address

- Device information (model, operating system, language)

- General app interaction and diagnostic information

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the Google AdMob policies:

You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your Advertising ID at any time on your device under: Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

Purchasing a MotsApp Premium subscription removes all advertisements from the App.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

MotsApp offers optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). All payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive, see, or store your payment card details or billing information. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Purchase records used to unlock Premium features are handled by Google Play.

5. DATA SECURITY

Any data transmitted by third-party services (such as ad requests) is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The content you create is stored only in the App's private storage on your device and, for exported videos, in your device gallery.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Because your created content exists only on your device, you are in full control of it:

- Delete individual chats, messages, or statuses inside the App at any time

- Clear the App's storage in your device settings to remove everything

- Uninstall the App to permanently delete all App data

We have no copies of your content and therefore cannot access, restore, or delete it on your behalf. For data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy linked above.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MotsApp is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service in connection with the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, and contact Google regarding ad-related data.

8. RESPONSIBLE USE

MotsApp creates fictional content for fun, memes, and creative projects. You agree not to use content created with the App to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or impersonate any person, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use and share the content you create.

9. LINKS TO OTHER SERVICES

The App may contain links to third-party services (for example, the Google Play Store rating page). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
