Make sure you have solved these practice tests first! Although the difficulty level varies from test to test, the materials are the most accurate reflections of the real tests. In fact, practice tests 5-8 are all REAL SAT tests that have been administered from late 2016 to mid 2017, as far I know.
The verbal sections of the PSAT/NMSQT pdf practice materials are essentially the same as the SATs. The difference is a matter of length - fewer questions. The math sections, however, are a bit easier, so they do not represent the difficulty levels of the tests.
Don't ignore the PSATs as useless. PSAT passages have reappeared on the real SATs in the past decade.
